It's hard to put into words the fantastic experience i had with Melissa and her caring wonderful team at Cutler. I had just gone through the most devastating tragedy you can imagine right before listing my home and I would not have made it through this process without her. She went way above and beyond to help me. Every step of the way she was there with me. Melissa knew exactly when we should list and how quickly it would sell. Our house sold before actually being listed because this team was in the know and had prospective buyers before we needed to! It worked out so well being close to the holidays to have a buyer so quick! My dad’s home sold in under 15 days. It doesn’t get any better than that.
